What this site collects, and why.
The contact form
If you use the form on /contact, I receive the name, email address, message and (if you add one) phone number you type. They are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, straight to my inbox, and are used only to reply to you. I do not add them to a mailing list. To limit abuse, your IP address is used for a short-lived rate-limit counter that expires after ten minutes.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrer hosts without cookies and without following you across sites. A small first-party beacon also notes, once per browser session, which ?ref= or utm_ campaign tag brought you here and the referring host. It stores no cookie, no visitor ID, no IP address and no full referrer URL.
Cookies and storage
There is no advertising. To understand how the site is used and make it better, I might use cookies and similar tools that look at anonymous usage, such as which pages and parts of a page get used. Nothing you type into the contact form is part of this. You can block cookies in your browser and the site works the same. Your browser may also keep your light or dark theme choice locally so the site remembers it.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, apart from the analytics tools mentioned above. Links to other sites, such as GitHub, WordPress.org or LinkedIn, are governed by their own policies.
